 My child has never skied before, what level should he/she be enrolled in?
I enrol him/her in "Beginner child" with the aim to obtain the Ourson badge.
My child has already been to Club Piou Piou, in which level should he/she be enrolled?
You must enrol him/her in Ourson 
What lift pass do I need for my child's level?
The ski pass is not necessary on Sunday for beginner and Ourson levels. Please contact the instructor to find out which package to take for the lessons on the following days.
From the Flocon level onwards, the "Classic Pass" lift pass is required from the first lesson.
With the Free equipment promotion, where do I collect the ski equipment for your child?
When you arrive in resort, please come to collect the voucher at the esf office to get the equipment from the shop.
With the Free equipment promotion, can my child keep the equipment outside of the ski lessons?
Yes, he/she can keep the equipment all week.
